Have you submitted the timesheet (DTE) for current week

Have you confirmed schedule on Staffit for current week

1. Select the practice you belong to like Workday or SAP or Oracle
2. Emaild: Please provide your Deloitte mailid
3. PTO hours: Enter PTO hours if you have any for the current week
4. Holiday Hours: Enter Holiday hours if you have any for the current week
5. Non Billable hours: Enter any non billable like training, proposals etc
6. Scheduled Client Service Hours (Staffit): Billable Client Schedule hours on your Staffit (do not include PTO, Holiday etc)
7. Actual Client Service hours (DTE): Actual Client Service hours billed for the current week on DTE

NOTE: Whenever you take PTO or Holiday staffit has to be updated accordingly and billable project hours should be reduced by amount of PTO or Holiday
E.g.: If you have 8 hours of PTO, then update the project hours to Zero. If you dont update it then it will be double booked

8. Select the appropriate reason for variation
9. Select Yes if you have submitted the Timesheet, No if you haven't
10. Select Yes if you have confirmed the schedule on Staffit, No if you haven't
