Please provide the following information to kick off your request for assistance in onboarding your client. This information is imperative to ensure we are appropriately understanding the status and need for your client.

Before requesting this service you should have your engagement set up in Intela and have your Deloitte team onboarded. Your request will not be approved if these steps are not taken before submitting this form.

It is the responsibility of the Intela Lead to set up the projects and work areas prior to client onboarding. Have the projects and work areas for this client been set up? (e.g. Workplan has assignees and due dates, Information Requests have been set up)

Has the client been added to another Deloitte application (i.e. DTi)?
Intela is a work management system. The Client Onboarding Service will provide a session that covers Intela's complete functionality. By engaging the Client Onboarding Service, do you acknowledge that the Client Onboarding Session will cover complete functionality, and not just selected modules? For example, the Client Onboarding Service will not just provide a document management demo.
