When does it take place? The Student-Athlete Leadership Experience is planned to run from May - September 2025, with a mix of virtual sessions and a summit at Deloitte University in Westlake, TX. Note: Program travel (domestic only) and lodging costs are covered by the Deloitte Foundation. Students should plan to participate in all virtual sessions and be in-person at the Deloitte University event in June.

Who Should Apply? Candidates must be NCAA Division I student-athletes with an expected graduation of Spring / Summer 2026 from an NCAA Division I institution. Ideal candidates are well-rounded (e.g., minimum GPA of 3.2, leaders on campus / community) and interested in professional development for their post-sport career.
