Survey guidance

Since 1983, privately held companies in the region have been recognized by being named to the Deloitte Cincinnati 100. We are proud to continue the tradition.

As a member of the Greater Cincinnati private business community, you are invited to be considered for this year’s list. This application survey is designed to gather insights into the priorities, plans, and expectations of Cincinnati's private companies. We appreciate your time and effort in completing the entire survey.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ownership

To be eligible, the company must be privately held. This includes whose voting stock is owned by families, employees (including ESOPs), private equity, venture capital, or individual owners. Companies that are publicly listed on an exchange or actively traded over the counter are not eligible. Additionally, professional and financial services companies do not qualify.

Company Location

The company, including those owned in part or in whole by another privately held company, must be headquartered in one of the following 18 counties.
·         Ohio Adams | Brown | Butler | Clermont | Clinton | Hamilton | Highland | Preble | Warren
·         Kentucky Boone | Campbell | Carroll | Gallatin | Grant | Kenton | Pendleton
·         Indiana Dearborn | Ohio


Revenues

Companies are ranked by self-reported annual gross revenue for their most recent year-end financial statements. If you are a parent company, please provide a consolidated revenue figure that includes all subsidiaries. Separate forms should not be submitted for individual subsidiaries.  


Disclosure of Revenues

The aggregated results of this survey will be published to highlight key trends and insights. Individual company revenue information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent.
