Thank you for your interest in Deloitte's CORE Leadership Program!

Deloitte's CORE Leadership Program is our flagship 2.5 day program delivered at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas, four (4) times a year for approximately 50 selected transitioning U.S. Veterans and service members. The Program is supported by over 60 Deloitte leaders, volunteer coaches (most of them Veterans), staff, and external guest speakers. Select Deloitte clients altruistically participate in a Corporate Panel discussion to share their own experiences and recommendations, bringing multiple perspectives in a non-recruiting environment.

Who should attend and how to apply?

Participant Profile

Officers and enlisted personnel from any military branch of service who served no more than 12 years of active duty service, and
Are 12 months from separation or have separated from active duty in the last 12 months at the time of the Program, and
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree
