2023 Deloitte's Shared Services and Outsourcing Survey 

Thank you for participating in Deloitte's biennial Shared Services and Outsourcing Survey. Over the past 23 years, results from this survey have provided participants with relevant and timely information regarding trends, successes and learnings across industries.

Throughout this survey GBS (Global Business Services) is defined as a market term for centralized service delivery models that encompass shared services (captives), outsourcing, and centers of excellence (COEs) to serve multiple business units. Scope can include finance, IT, HR and procurement, as well as other functions, and can be delivered onshore or offshore.
